These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services for the purchase of promotional gifts by both business customers (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C) in Kuwait. By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

• B2B customers must be legally registered entities in Kuwait or authorized to conduct business.
• B2C customers must be at least 18 years old.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Custom or branded items require final approval from the customer before production.

• Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
• Prices may include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) from other jurisdictions (such as the UAE and KSA) where products are sourced.
• Any additional local taxes, duties, or charges in Kuwait (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.
• Payment must be made in full before production or delivery.
• Accepted payment methods will be specified on the website.

• We can add your logo or design to any of our products. Simply email us your artwork files along with the selected product list.
• You will receive digital mockups within 24 to 48 hours for approval prior to production.
• All artwork files must be in vectorized formats (PDF, AI, EPS, or equivalent) to ensure accurate customization.
• If only high-resolution image files (PNG or JPG) are available, our design team can assist in converting them into vector format for a minimal fee.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted designs are accurate and approved. We are not liable for any errors in approved artwork.
• The customer confirms they have the legal right to use submitted designs and indemnifies us against any related claims.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size and customization. The standard delivery time is 14 to 21 days after order confirmation and full payment.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds under any circumstances.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

All website content, designs, and materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
