Artwork must be provided in high-resolution vector format. A digital proof will be provided for approval before production begins. Changes after proof approval may incur additional charges.
Custom branded items cannot be returned. Defective products will be replaced at no additional cost. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
ITC Corporate Gifts shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, customs clearance, or force majeure events.
